Overwhelm. A warninG.
Overwhelm is warning…
And I’m not talking about feeling overwhelmed due to unexpected life transitions or circumstantial changes. There will be momentary and seasons of overwhelm that are out of our control. I am talking about the overwhelm that is within our control. The constant feeling of overwhelm because we are doing too much, because we have too much that we are responsible for.
Overwhelm is our body, our mind, and our spirit’s way of letting us that everything we are doing (and trying to do) is taking an unhealthy toll on us.
Feeling like you are living in a constant state of overwhelm is your body’s way of getting your attention so that you heed the warning. Imagine overwhelm as a silent pleading with and within your yourself:
“It’s all too much! Please take a moment to tend to yourself. Please take a moment to prioritize yourself and your own wellbeing.”
“Please. Listen and heed the warning before it’s too late.”
It is time for you to heal from living in a constant state of overwhelm. It is time for you to get free.
Choose Less. Get Free. Be Well.
